無窮英滋味

這個很好看呀,節目中的名廚都很帥啊~而且我尤其喜歡他的歉虛融和的態度和親切不假的笑容~一邊製作各式美食,一邊又會說道食式/素材的來源與故事...不過很不好彩,我這一晚首回知道有這節目看得高兴時,原來這已是第六集~是講:Roast chicken and chips with a bitter leaf salad. 即是只餘四集了~

但今集都很不錯,節目中又去了看玫瑰農所種植的有机無殺蟲液的美麗玫瑰,原來是家庭式工房,自家生產香香玫瑰水、珍貴無比的玫瑰油、還有女主人自己做的玫瑰果醬~真是看了就很想也嚐嚐哩~>,<

還有到了一個叫:[郵寄辣椒],是一個夫婦組合經營的温室辣椒農場,那些辣椒,每個看上去都仿彿無瑕且極之光身的!一定好好味!因為我也很愛吃辣的~>,<

Ep. 3 – Cooks up lamb with all the trimmings at a
forced rhubarb farm.

Ep. 4 – A delectable fish pie with seasonal green
beans.

Ep. 5 – A shin of beef slow cooked in stout with
Yorkshire Pudding.

Ep. 6 – Roast chicken and chips with a bitter leaf
salad.

Ep. 7 – Goes shopping with a spice and chutney
queen and whips up vegetable pakoras.

Ep. 8 – Travels to Yeovil and tries making wild boar
sausages.

Ep. 9 – Liver and bacon with lentil and swede mash.

Ep. 10 – Visits a WI stand, an organic trout farm and
sources watercress.
